Dear colleagues, haematologists!

The annual January Haematology Congress (Prague Haematology Days) in a new format has firmly established itself in the calendar of Czech haematologists. The idea of presenting the best of Czech haematology in addition to a selection of news from the world in the form of educational communications from all over the spectrum of haematology has been a success, the last (completely non-Covid) edition attracted a large attention of presenters and audience.

We want the programme to continue to improve. Therefore, we have formed a smaller Programme Committee and the Scientific Committee has been expanded to include outstanding physicians, scientists and to represent the vast majority of university haematology departments across the country.
At the same time, we are seeking new topics, new formats for scientific interactions, and exciting new haematology personalities – we therefore invite members of the Czech haematology community to discuss and suggest for interesting programme contributions. We want to spread knowledge and collaboration through the entire spectrum of regional and highly specialized haematology centres.

At the same time, we remind all Czech haematologists that this conference is the best platform for presenting our own excellent results to the widest professional audience. And not only results that have already been presented at European or world conferences. It is also the best platform to ask questions and to look together for ways to effectively transfer scientific knowledge into our daily practice. Adequate attention will be paid to all areas of haematology and, in addition to clinical research, basic and translational research.
